With our recent projects addressing modern slavery as a local justice issue, Infusion was happy to team up with Akasha Dance recently–local Cambridge choreographer–to assist on a music video project inspired by the #metoo movement, which has raised awareness of violence and harassment against women worldwide. A collaborative project including the spellbinding music “Feathers” by Icelandic artist Mimra–and a willful bag of actual feathers, for powerful imagery–hopes to inspire the thousands of women who have suffered harassment and abuse to take flight and leave their hurts behind.
