Community Day

Infusion was pleased to participate in the 10th Anniversary Celebration of Trumpington Pavillion. Along with other groups presenting from the Village Hall, we shared some of our mime and dance. We were pleased to be joined by several dancers from our community class who presented work they’ve been learning over the last few weeks. It was great to be involved; we performed for community residents and the Mayor of Cambridge.

Dance and Discussion

Don’t miss the exciting and eye-opening discussion after the show! We’re excited to reveal our panellists, courtesy of CCARHT. Come and find human trafficking and sexual exploitation unmasked, and find out what you can do to help end it. #ItsnotJustSex

Panel featuring Revd Carrie Pemberton Ford, Tania García Sedano, Benjamin Thomas Greer, J.D,  Dr Kalyani Gopal, Dr Simon Stockley, and Alison Wilson

Counter Trafficking Show

Just Sex: a Counter Trafficking Show

A bold fusion of contemporary dance and physical theatre, Infusion takes a tour-de-force look at the backwards puzzle pieces of the life of a prostituted woman. Based on survivor stories and documentation, Infusion tackles human trafficking for sexual exploitation, and finds a surprise culprit. Hard-edged, fast-paced and soulful, this wordless epic exposes the powers and players of one of the world’s fastest growing criminal trades: sex.

Developed in partnership with Cambridge Centre of Applied Research in Human Trafficking (CCARHT)

Ages 15+ due to mature subject matter
